What’s in this section

Stands, legs and wheels

  • UniStand Adjustable and UniStand EZ-GO stands.
  • UniLeg 1 and UniLeg 2.
  • Steel folding legs for Mark I and Mark II brakes, the Trim-A-Brake, the Trim-A-Table and the SureCut 90 table.
  • A wheel kit for moving the whole setup around the yard.

Coil handling and cutting

Coil cradles in 24″ and 36″ widths and the CD24 coil dispenser hold trim coil at the brake. SureCut cutting tables, the TrimCutter and the Quickscore cut and score pieces before they go in the brake. The TAT50 and TAT60 Trim-A-Tables give you a flat work surface.

Slitter parts

Slitter knives for B and C models, perforating rolls for B models, the slitter perf stripper, the Trim-A-Slitter capacity booster and booster block, and the HD foot pedal.

Brake upgrades and upkeep

The Mark I Commercial tune-up kit, the multi-gauge angle guide pair, the TrimFormer with optional crown molding dies, and the NailHawg magnetic nail sweeper for cleaning up the job.

Buying advice

  • Match the part to the model. Legs, knives and rolls are made for specific series. Have your brake’s model and serial number ready.
  • Slitter knives come in B and C model versions. Check which model your slitter is before ordering.
  • A stand keeps the brake level and at working height. A brake on sawhorses can flex and bend unevenly.
  • Put the coil cradle on the same side every time so the crew’s routine stays the same from job to job.

Questions

Which legs fit my brake?

It depends on the brake series. Steel folding legs are listed by model, such as Mark I and Mark II or Trim-A-Brake. Send us the model number if you are not sure.

Do slitter knives wear out?

Yes. Dull knives leave a rough edge and can tear painted coil. Replace them as a set, in the B or C version that matches your slitter.

Can I order a part you don’t list?

Ask us. Send the part number or a photo with your quote request and we’ll check what we can get.

Should I buy a cutting table or a TrimCutter?

A SureCut table suits crews that cut a lot of pieces at one station. The TrimCutter is smaller and travels more easily.
