Getting matching angles on every piece of trim is easier when you can read the angle instead of eyeballing it. The Van Mark Multi Gauge is a set of two lightweight gauges that rest on top of the brake’s Power Lock hinge. As the bending leaf rises, the gauges show the angle on easy-to-read protractor scales, so a crew can repeat the same bend from piece to piece. They slide up and down by themselves during full over-bends and can be slid aside or lifted off when not needed.

The gauges have a second job: they also measure the 1-1/2″ distance used to set the TrimCutter cut-off point, so you can position material for a cut without pulling out a tape measure. Van Mark suggests them for new operators who are still learning how far to bend for a given result.

The Multi Gauge is sold as a pair and fits current Van Mark cam-locking brakes with AccuTrack: Mark I Series, Mark II TrimMaster and Heavy Duty, Metal Master 20 and Heavy Duty, Mark IV Industrial TrimMaster and Industrial Metal Master 20EZ. It does not fit the Trim-A-Brake II. For an older brake, Van Mark asks owners to call the factory to confirm fit.
