The T650 is the 6’6″ length of Van Mark’s Trim-A-Brake II, the company’s value-oriented brake for basic bends. The extra length over the 4’6″ T450 lets you form longer window and door trim, fascia and flashing pieces in one bend, and it has four castings instead of three. At 58 lb, it stays in line with what Van Mark describes as a lightweight brake for easy setup and transport.

It shares the Trim-A-Brake II design: a toggle-lock clamp with single-point adjustment, a full loop handle for even bending along the piece, material stops for repeat bends, hinge pockets that help protect the brake while scoring, a 13-3/8″ throat and a 3/8″ x 13″ working pocket. The capacity is .024″ (3003-H14) aluminum, with bends up to 130°. A stainless steel edge and non-marring vinyl strip help protect painted coil.

Van Mark keeps the Trim-A-Brake II simple to operate and easy to learn, so it suits smaller or less detailed projects. It does not take the AccuTrack accessories (TrimCutter, QuickScore, TrimFormer, Multi Gauge); if you need full hems, steel capacity or those tools, consider a Mark II TrimMaster or Metal Master 20 instead. The T650 accepts the 3000 Steel Folding Legs, the UniLeg 1, the 3004 Wheel Kit and the CD24 Coil Dispenser, and its tune-up kit is Van Mark part 3626.
