Warehouse
- Run the forklift safely, and load and unload trucks.
- Pull, stage and check orders for pickup and delivery.
- Keep inventory counts and report stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe, and report equipment repairs.
What we look for: warehouse experience, a forklift certificate, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lb and a clean background check. English–Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Logistics
- Schedule deliveries so the truck runs efficiently.
- Coordinate incoming material with the office and vendors.
- Track parcel and freight shipments and fix problems as they come up.
- Create return labels and keep shipping records.
What we look for: experience with warehouse shipping, both parcel and freight, good time management and clear communication with carriers and brokers.
Outside sales
- Visit contractors and shops, and make calls and send emails every day.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on bids by their due dates.
- Learn the products: coil, tools, machines and accessories.
What we look for: sales experience, a driver’s license and vehicle, good computer skills, and experience with roofing or architectural products.
