About this product
The NTM SSQ II MultiPro is New Tech Machinery’s high-volume portable roll former for commercial and residential roof and wall panels. It runs 16 profiles from one machine, and a tooling change takes about 45 minutes with one person and one wrench, so a crew can move between standing seam roofs and wall or soffit work.
The profiles cover mechanical seam (SSQ100, SSQ150, SSQ200, SSQ210A ARMCO and the TRQ250 trapezoid), snap-lock (SSQ450, SSQ450SL, SSQ550, SSQ675), the SSQ275 snap-lock or mechanically seamed panel, slotted-flange FFQ100 and FFQ150, FWQ100 and FWQ150 flush wall, soffit and underdeck panels, and BBQ750 board and batten. NTM’s catalog gives coil widths of 15″ to 30″ for finished panels of 12″ to 24″, painted steel and Galvalume from 28 to 22 gauge, .027″ to .040″ aluminum, 16 to 20 oz copper and 26 gauge terne-coat stainless. Sixteen hydraulically driven polyurethane rollers reach about 75 ft/min on gas power, or 72 ft/min with a three-phase motor. The overhead rack holds two 3,000 lb coils. Options include notching, an angled slitter for cuts from 90° to 35° on panels up to 24″ (offered only with notching), and the UNIQ Automatic Control System in place of the manual control box. The base machine is 14’4″ long and about 4,300 lb.
NTM now sells the SSQ3 as its current version, with the same 16 profiles and faster tooling changes. Run it with Steel Coil, Aluminum Coil or Copper Coil, and finish roofs with Snaplock Clips or the standing seam clips in this catalog.

Questions
Is the SSQ II still New Tech Machinery's current model?
NTM now lists the SSQ3 MultiPro as its current machine. NTM says both produce the same 16 profiles; the SSQ3 adds QWIKSwap tooling with a 25-minute changeover against 45 minutes. Ask us which version is available.
Can it cut angled panels?
Yes, with the optional angled slitter, which cuts from 90° to 35° on panels up to 24" wide; NTM offers the slitter only together with notching.
