Van Mark’s TM8-S is the Mark II TrimMaster Pro-Grade in 8’6″, a length that bends a full 8-foot piece for siding and exterior trim work. Remodelers use it for fascia and frieze wraps, rake trim on garages and additions, soffit returns and window capping on larger openings.

The TrimMaster builds on the Mark I with two upgrades: the Power Lock bar, which clamps evenly over the full bending edge and gives a 150-degree bending radius, and the POWERslot hinge, which auto-measures a 5/8″ hem for tighter J-channel pockets. Together they make repeat hems and over-bends quicker. The cam-lock clamp and four castings hold the coil, and dual base rails keep the brake straight under load.

For pieces this long, Van Mark recommends using the full-loop bending handle, which ties into several points on the hinge so one person can make an even bend. Both handles have foam grips, and the locking handle locks by pushing it away from you so it stays clear of wide pieces.

Van Mark ratings: .032″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 29 gauge painted or galvanized steel, 24 oz soft copper, .032″ soft zinc and 29 gauge 304L stainless. The throat is 14″ and the brake weighs 104 lb.
