Long gables, porch fascias and continuous frieze boards look better without a lap, and the 12’6″ Mark II TrimMaster Pro-Grade (Van Mark model TM12-S) bends 12-foot trims in one piece. It is the longest Pro-Grade TrimMaster Van Mark makes, built for siding and window contractors working in aluminum trim coil.

To keep a long bend even, Van Mark equips the TM12-S with dual bending and dual locking handles, so two people can clamp and lift from both ends. Six castings, two at each clamping station, hold the sheet, and dual base rails resist twisting. The Power Lock bar clamps the whole edge and opens to a 150-degree radius, and the POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem. The brake bends up to 180 degrees.

Van Mark’s ratings for the Pro-Grade are .032″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 29 gauge painted or galvanized steel, 24 oz soft copper, .032″ soft zinc and 29 gauge 304L stainless. Throat depth is 14″. At 159 lb, plan on two people to load it.

Stands are sold separately. Van Mark does not recommend folding legs or UniLegs for brakes over 12 feet, so use a UniStand such as the UniStand EZ-GO or the Unistand Adjustable.
