About this product
The NTM MACH II is New Tech Machinery’s portable K-style seamless gutter machine, sold as a 5″ model, a 6″ model and a 5″/6″ combo. NTM began designing it in 1991 and shipped the first unit in 1994, pairing polyurethane drive rollers with separate forming rollers. Gutter contractors use it to run gutter on site to the exact length of each wall.
All three versions share a 3/4 HP, 110 VAC single-phase motor drawing 11 amps, stainless steel forming rollers, run and jog buttons at both ends, and a forward-pulling, manually powered shear with hardened tool steel blades. Two reel stands rotate a full 360° for loading coil. Speed is about 50 ft/min. The MACH II runs painted steel, Galvalume and coated galvanized from 30 to 24 gauge, painted aluminum from .019″ to .032″, and 3/4 hard copper from 16 to 20 oz. Coil for 5″ gutter is 11-3/4″ to 12-3/8″ wide, and for 6″ it is 15″. NTM recommends up to 1,000 lb of coil on the reel and 400 lb in the cradle, with a 30″ maximum OD on the reel. The 5″ machine is 8′ long and about 1,000 lb; the 6″ is 10′ and 1,250 lb; the combo is 10′ and 1,350 lb. NTM’s 5″ profiles include MG5-BB5 with a bottom bead and MG5-HK5 with an Alcoa hook.
NTM provides a limited three-year parts warranty with NTM in-house labor. In the shop, the Manual Decoiler DC16 holds and measures gutter coil. Run it with Aluminum Coil or Copper Coil.
