The Van Mark Mark II TrimMaster Heavy Duty 12’6″ (model TM12HD) is a portable aluminum bending brake for siding and remodeling contractors who bend trim, window and door wraps, flashing and outside corner posts on site. The 12’6″ length lets you bend long trim pieces in one go.

Van Mark builds it around a cam-locking system, an aluminum cam with an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene wedge, and uses two aluminum castings at each clamping station, 11 stations on this length, on twin base rails that resist twisting. The POWERlock bar clamps along the full bending edge and gives a 150° bend, which makes the second step of a 180° hem easier, and the POWERslot hinge sets a 5/8″ hem by itself for tight J-channel pockets on vinyl siding and fiber cement. Throat depth is 14″. At 12’6″ the brake has dual bending and locking handles, and it weighs 199 lb (90.5 kg). Van Mark rates it for 3003-H14 aluminum to .032″, galvanized, Grade D painted and 304L stainless steel to 26 gauge, soft roofing copper to 32 oz and soft zinc to .040″.
