Window and door trim is where a 4’6″ brake pays off, and Van Mark’s TM4-S is the Mark II TrimMaster Pro-Grade in that size. Van Mark builds the TrimMaster for siding, window, door and trim work, and this length bends most window heads, sills, brickmold covers and porch column wraps in one piece while weighing only 67 lb.

Why a TrimMaster rather than an entry-level brake? The Mark II adds Van Mark’s Power Lock bar and POWERslot hinge to the cam-lock clamp. The Power Lock bar clamps evenly along the whole bending edge and opens to a 150-degree bending radius, which makes it easier to close hems. The POWERslot hinge sets a 5/8″ hem automatically for tight J-channel pockets around vinyl siding and fiber cement.

Van Mark rates it for .032″ aluminum (3003-H14), 29 gauge painted or galvanized steel, 24 oz soft copper and .032″ soft zinc. The throat is 14″.
