The TM2-S is the 2’0″ Mark II TrimMaster Pro-Grade, the shortest brake in Van Mark’s TrimMaster line. Siding and window installers keep one on the truck for the small parts that slow a job down when you have to walk back to a full-size brake: sill and head flashing ends, corner caps, short returns, outlet and vent trim, and custom pieces around meters and hose bibs.

It is a real TrimMaster, just short. The cam-lock clamp uses Van Mark’s aluminum cam and UHMW polyethylene wedge, two castings hold the sheet, and the POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem, which gives tighter J-channel pockets than the 3/4″ hem of the Mark I. The brake bends up to 180 degrees for hemmed edges, and the Power Lock bar clamps the full bending edge.

Van Mark rates the Mark II Pro-Grade for .032″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 29 gauge painted or galvanized steel, 24 oz soft copper, .032″ soft zinc and 29 gauge 304L stainless. The throat is 14″ and the brake weighs 36 lb, so it sets up on a sawhorse, a tailgate or a bench.
