The IT12-S is the 12’6″ Mark IV Industrial TrimMaster from Van Mark. It suits contractors who run long roof edges and want 12-foot trims without a lap: rake and eave trim on long gables, sidewall flashing, ridge and hip caps, and fascia covers on commercial jobs.

A longer brake needs more clamp and more lift. This model has thirteen castings and dual bending plus dual locking handles, so the sheet is clamped and lifted evenly from both ends. Each casting carries an independently adjustable UHMW wedge, and the cam-lock sets itself to the material thickness. The POWERslot hinge gives a 5/8″ hem automatically, and non-marring vinyl strips help protect painted coil.

Like every Mark IV, it has a 14″ throat and Van Mark rates it for 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized, .050″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless. At 250 lb, plan on two people for loading. The Xtreme Stand is included.

The AccuTrack rails accept the Van Mark TrimCutter, TrimFormer and Multi Gauge Angle Guide, and the Quickscore scores trim coil for clean breaks.
