About this product
The Industrial Metal Master 20 EZ is Van Mark’s 60 Series industrial brake with a 20″ throat. Van Mark describes it as a brake for bending and hemming 24, 26 and 29 gauge painted steel on site, and roofers use it for W-style valley pans, rake edges, soffit, roof flashings and wide hip and ridge caps. Sheet metal shops also use it for HVAC duct and plenum work.
Every length shares the same working parts: a cam-lock clamp with an aluminum cam and UHMW polyethylene wedge, two castings per clamping station, dual base rails, a Power Lock bar with a 150-degree bending radius and AccuTrack accessory rails, and a POWERslot hinge that auto-measures a 5/8″ hem. The Master Stand EZ comes with every model. Van Mark rates the series for .050″ aluminum, 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless.

Match the brake to your longest regular piece. Most roofing trim is bent in 10-foot lengths; the 12'6" and 14'6" models suit long rake and eave runs.
How is it different from the Mark IV Industrial TrimMaster?
Both carry the same Van Mark capacity ratings. The Industrial Metal Master has a 20" throat for wider pieces; the Mark IV has a 14" throat and is lighter at each length.
