SS4E JUNIOR – Portable roof panel machine

The StanGroup SS4E Junior is the lightest machine in StanGroup’s SS4E roof panel family, at about 500 lb, for roofers who want to form standing seam panels on site or in a small shop with a machine they can move easily. It runs one profile, a 1″ double-lock mechanical seam, and turns out straight, smooth panels.

Panel width is fully adjustable from 6″ to 25″, using coil from 9″ to 28″ wide, so the same machine handles narrow detail panels and full-width roof panels. The standard machine runs on a single-phase 1.5 hp AC motor, which keeps the power requirement simple. StanGroup’s listing does not give a gauge range, speed or cutoff type for the Junior, so call us and we will confirm those with StanGroup before you order.

For seam heights of 1″ or 1.5″, the Double Standing seam roof panel rollforming machine SS4E-15 is the larger option, and the Roll-Forming Roofing Machine SS4E-PRO adds interchangeable tooling for other panel types. Around the Junior, the Manual Decoiler SS4EDC or Manual Decoiler D200 holds the coil, the Standing seam roof panel curving machine bends finished 1″ panels for curved roofs, and the Sliding and Fixed Roofing Cleat Forming Tools make 1″ cleats for the same seam. Ready-made Standing Seam Fixed Clip and Standing Seam Floating Clip are also in the catalog. Load it with Steel Coil, Aluminum Coil or Copper Coil slit to your panel width.
