The StanGroup DC16 is a small coil dispenser rather than an industrial decoiler. Gutter and trim shops use it to hold a roll of gutter or trim coil, pull off what a job needs, read the length on its counter, and then wheel it out of the way.
It takes any coil up to 400 lb and 12″ wide, and aluminum should be at least .027″ thick. The upper spool is 16″, and a bottom cradle with ball-bearing rollers takes a roll of any size, so a second coil can sit below and go on or off easily. An adjustable guide sets the coil width, and the counter reads footage in feet and inches. Maximum capacity is listed as 300 ft of small coil. Options are a 15″ adapter for 6″ gutter coil and a neoprene, mar-resistant surface for the bottom rollers. The welded steel frame measures 30″ long, 30″ wide and 50″ high, weighs 90 lb and rides on wheels for moving around the warehouse. Gutter coil off the DC16 can feed the NTM MACH II gutter machines, which NTM lists for 11-3/4″ to 12-3/8″ coil on 5″ gutter and 15″ coil on 6″, or the K-Style IronMan Gutter KWM Machines. Pair it with Aluminum Coil or Copper Coil in gutter widths. For heavier coil, the Manual Decoiler D200 holds up to 2,000 lb.
