Van Mark’s TM10HD-S is the 10’6″ Mark II TrimMaster Heavy-Duty, a full-length brake for contractors who do roofing flashings and siding trim from the same machine. Ten-foot drip edge, rake, eave and fascia pieces in 26 gauge painted steel fit in one bend.

At 10’6″, Van Mark adds dual bending handles, so the hinge lifts evenly from both ends on stiff steel. Nine castings clamp the sheet through the cam-lock system, which holds without re-adjusting when you change material. The Power Lock bar presses along the whole bending edge and gives a 150-degree bending radius, and the POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem. The locking handle locks by pushing away from you, so it stays out of the way of wide pieces.

Van Mark capacity for the Heavy-Duty, based on standard coil and sheet:

• Painted steel (Grade D) and galvanized: 26 gauge
• Aluminum (3003-H14): .032″
• Roofing copper: 32 oz soft
• Zinc: .040″ soft; 304L stainless: 26 gauge

The throat is 14″ and the brake weighs 163 lb. Stands are sold separately; the 14″ throat UniStand EZ-GO is a good match for this length.
