About this product
The StanGroup Manual Decoiler D200 is the compact manual reel in StanGroup’s range, for roofing, siding, gutter and downspout work where the coils are narrow and light enough not to need a heavy stand. It feeds smaller roll forming machines, brakes and shears with no electrical connection at all.
StanGroup lists it for coils up to 2,000 lb and 26″ wide, with a 12″ to 20″ inside diameter. The older listing adds that a coil running the full width should stay at or under 1,500 lb. To load it, collapse the self-centering reel with the hand wrench to a few inches under the coil ID, set the coil on, expand the reel to lock it, set the limiters on the reel paws and adjust the friction brake. The stand measures about 36″ x 42″ x 55″ and weighs about 500 lb. StanGroup can customize the ID and OD range, or add a motor, gearbox, belt drive and limit-switch start and stop to turn it into a powered unit.
It pairs with StanGroup’s smaller machines, such as the SS4E Junior, the Free Standing Wood Grain Embossing machine and the Double Side Hemming Flange Roll-former. For a 3,000 lb coil, look at the Manual Decoiler SS4EDC; for heavier, wider coil, the Manual Decoiler 51/8. Load it with Aluminum Coil, Steel Coil or Copper Coil slit to width.
It is available from our New Brunswick, NJ warehouse; call (732) 561-4275 to check stock, or add it to your quote.
