About this product
The IronMan K-style gutter machines listed here form seamless K-style gutter from coil at the job, for gutter installers and roofing contractors who want each gutter in one piece cut to the length of the wall. The line comes in 5″, 6″ and 5/6″ combo versions, so you can pick a single size or one machine that runs both.
The drive uses powered polyurethane rollers, turned through chains and sprockets, and the stainless steel forming rollers are passive, which the listing credits with handling every recommended material with minimal adjustment. A 3/4 HP, 110 V single-phase motor (13.6 A, totally enclosed and fan cooled) runs it at about 35 ft/min, and push-button controls with a jog feature sit at both the entry and exit ends. Gutter is cut with a front-pull guillotine shear. The listed dimensions are 98 1/2″ long, 48″ high and 24″ wide, with a weight of about 1,100 lb; ask us which model those figures apply to. Recommended maximums are .032″ aluminum, 16 to 20 oz 3/4 hard copper, and 24 gauge in terne-coat, aluminized, Galvalume or painted steel.
For coil handling in the shop, the Manual Decoiler DC16 holds gutter coil and counts footage. Elbows come from the Automatic Downspout Elbow Machine or the Manual goffering elbow machine, and the NTM MACH II gutter machines are the other K-style option in the catalog. Run it with Aluminum Coil, Copper Coil or Steel Coil in gutter widths.
