The StanGroup Gutter Hood Custom Roll-Former forms gutter hoods, the covers that sit over a gutter to keep leaves and debris out. Seamless gutter contractors who already sell leaf protection can use it to make hoods from their own coil in continuous custom lengths, which means far fewer joints than a run of short pre-made sections.
StanGroup lists the machine for .027″ or .032″ aluminum and fits it with an automatic pneumatic shear for the cut-off. The hood profile is built to order, as the word custom in the model name suggests, so tell us the hood shape you want to run and we will confirm the coil width, speed, power supply and footprint with StanGroup before you order. Because the shear works on air, plan for a compressed air supply wherever the machine will run, whether that is a shop bay or a trailer.
A hood machine pairs with a seamless gutter machine, such as the NTM MACH II gutter machines or the K-Style IronMan Gutter KWM Machines, so a crew can install gutter and cover on the same visit.
