About this product
The WUKO Uber Bender Duo is a two-headed hand flange bender that roofers and sheet metal installers use to bend even flanges along long, straight panels and flashing strips on site. WUKO describes it as the dual version of the Uber Bender: a second pair of angled discs and a handle keep the bend consistent over the full length instead of wandering.
Like the single Uber Bender, it bends from 0 to 100 degrees, so you can overbend slightly to allow for springback, and it is rated for 0.8 mm (about .031″) in all common roofing metals. The 7200 reaches 6 to 200 mm (1/4″ to 8″) from the edge and weighs 6.06 lb; the 7350 reaches 6 to 350 mm (0.24″ to 14″) and weighs 7.91 lb. It ships in a carrying case, and Plus Set versions (7200+ and 7350+) are available.
Choose the Duo for long edges and the single WUKO Uber Bender for short flanges and tight spots. The WUKO Duo Bender is the roll-type alternative that bends to 90 degrees. For beads and offsets, use the WUKO Combo Bender, and for the longest, most precise bends, a Van Mark brake. Painted Aluminum Coil, Copper Coil and Zinc Coil all bend well with it within the 0.8 mm rating.
