The WUKO Duo Bender is a hand flange bender for roofers and sheet metal installers who need to turn up or turn down long, straight edges on site: panel ends, flashing legs, wall and coping strips. WUKO describes it as the big brother of its Uni Bender, with a second pair of bending rolls and a handle so you can run it down a long strip and keep the bend even.
It bends from 0 to 90 degrees and is rated for 0.8 mm (about .031″) in all common roofing metals. There are two sizes: the 3202 reaches 5 to 200 mm (0.2″ to 8″) in from the edge and weighs 5.9 lb, and the 3352 reaches 5 to 350 mm (0.2″ to 14″) and weighs 7.9 lb. Both come with inch or centimeter scales. The Plus Set versions add WUKO’s Super Clamping Handle, which clips to the upper shafts to put pressure where you need it, and a Quick Click Supporting Rail that clips to the lower shafts to prevent pressure marks.
If you want to bend past 90 degrees to allow for springback, or work on painted and delicate metals, look at the WUKO Uber Bender Duo, which bends to 100 degrees with angled discs. For beads and offsets rather than flanges, use the WUKO Combo Bender.
