The T1250 is the 12’6″ Trim-A-Brake II, the long model of Van Mark’s entry-level brake. It lets window and siding installers bend 12-foot aluminum trims, such as long fascia, rake and frieze covers, in a single piece, while staying light at 112 lb.

Van Mark adds dual bending handles at this length so you can lift the hinge evenly over the whole piece, and seven castings clamp the coil through the patented toggle-lock system. Material loads from either side. The brake bends up to 130 degrees, which is plenty for square returns and basic trim shapes; for hemmed edges, Van Mark recommends its TrimMaster brakes.

Day-to-day details include a stainless steel scoring edge for cutting coil with a utility knife, hinge pockets that keep the knife off the brake, material stops for repeat bends, and a non-marring vinyl strip along the bend. The compact slide locking bar keeps the profile low for transport. The working pocket is 3/8″ x 13″ and the throat is 13-3/8″.

Van Mark rates the Trim-A-Brake II for .024″ 3003-H14 aluminum, so plan to use it with standard residential trim coil rather than heavier stock. Stands are sold separately.
