About this product

The 4’6″ Metal Master 20 Pro-Grade (Van Mark model MM460) combines a deep 20″ throat with a length that suits window, door and porch work. Van Mark originally designed the Metal Master 20 for metal roofing, and lists the Pro-Grade for siding, window, door and trim work.

The extra throat depth is the reason to buy it. With 20″ of reach you can bend wide window and door capping, deep sill and head pieces, porch beam wraps and wide flashing blanks, all under four and a half feet, in one sheet. The brake weighs 78 lb, easy for two people to set on a stand.

  • Van Mark 60 Series castings, two on this length, with cam-lock clamping
  • Power Lock bar clamping the full edge, with a 150-degree bending radius
  • POWERslot hinge that auto-measures a 5/8″ hem for tight J-channel pockets
  • Bends up to 180 degrees; full-loop anodized handles

Van Mark’s Pro-Grade ratings are .027″ aluminum (3003-H14), 29 gauge painted or galvanized steel, 24 oz soft copper, .032″ soft zinc and 29 gauge 304L stainless. Stands are sold separately, and the 20″ throat needs Van Mark’s 20″ stands or legs, such as the UniLeg 2. The AccuTrack rails accept the Van Mark TrimCutter and Multi Gauge Angle Guide.
