The TM14HD-S is the 14’6″ Mark II TrimMaster Heavy-Duty, and it is the only Mark II TrimMaster Van Mark builds at that length. It is for roofing and siding contractors who want 14-foot rake, eave, fascia and ridge pieces in 26 gauge steel or aluminum without a lap, on long ranches, garages and commercial facades.

Bending fourteen feet evenly takes clamp and leverage along the whole length. Van Mark gives this model thirteen castings and dual bending and locking handles, so a two-person crew can clamp and lift from both ends. The cam-lock clamps tight with an aluminum cam and UHMW polyethylene wedge, dual base rails resist twisting, and the Power Lock bar applies pressure along the full edge with a 150-degree bending radius. The POWERslot hinge sets a 5/8″ hem automatically.

Van Mark rates the Heavy-Duty for 26 gauge Grade D painted steel, 26 gauge galvanized, .032″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 32 oz soft copper, .040″ soft zinc and 26 gauge 304L stainless. The throat is 14″. The brake weighs 230 lb.

Stand choice matters at this length: Van Mark does not recommend steel folding legs or the UniLeg 1 for brakes over 12 feet, so set it on a UniStand such as the UniStand EZ-GO or the Unistand Adjustable.
