The IT14-S is Van Mark’s longest Mark IV Industrial TrimMaster at 14’6″. Commercial roofers, metal building erectors and architectural sheet metal shops use this length for long eave and rake trims, coping, gravel stop and fascia pieces that look better without a lap every ten or twelve feet.

Bending 14 feet of 24 gauge steel takes steady pressure along the full hinge. Van Mark builds the IT14-S with fifteen castings, dual bending and locking handles, and custom-formed bending handles that bear on the hinge at four points. Each casting has its own adjustable UHMW wedge for fine-tuning, and the cam-lock clamps to the real thickness of the sheet. A POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem, and the Power Lock bar’s 150-degree radius helps when you over-bend for springback.

Van Mark rates the Mark IV for .050″ aluminum (3003-H14), 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless. Throat depth is 14″. The brake weighs 291 lb and comes with the Xtreme Stand, so a two-person crew can set it up quickly.
