When the job calls for 14-foot trims, the 14’6″ Industrial Metal Master 20 EZ (Van Mark model IM1465) bends them in a single piece. It is the long end of Van Mark’s industrial 20″ throat series and suits commercial roofing, metal building and architectural sheet metal crews running long eave, rake, coping and ridge pieces.

Fewer pieces on a long run means fewer laps to seal and a cleaner line from the ground. To keep a 14-foot bend straight, Van Mark gives this model ten castings plus dual bending and locking handles, and its extended-leverage bending handles press on the hinge at four points. The cam-lock clamps tight on painted steel without adjustment between materials, and the POWERslot hinge automatically sizes a 5/8″ hem.

Capacity matches the rest of the series: .050″ 3003-H14 aluminum, 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized steel, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless, based on standard coil and sheet. The throat is 20″, deep enough for wide valley pans and hip and ridge caps.
