About this product
The 12’6″ Industrial Metal Master 20 EZ, Van Mark model IM1265, is for crews that bend long roofing trims and do not want laps every ten feet. Twelve-foot rake and eave pieces, long ridge caps and valley pans come off in one piece, which saves seams and sealant on the roof.
Long brakes need even pressure from end to end. Van Mark fits this length with nine castings and with dual bending and dual locking handles, so the clamp and the bend stay even across the whole sheet. Clamping is by cam-lock, with an aluminum cam working a UHMW polyethylene wedge; you do not have to re-adjust when you switch between aluminum and steel. The POWERslot hinge gives a 5/8″ hem without measuring, and the Power Lock bar’s 150-degree radius helps when over-bending or closing a hem.
Like the rest of the series it has a 20″ throat and is rated for .050″ aluminum, 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless. It weighs 363 lb, so plan on a two-person crew to set it up. The Master Stand EZ, with center-weighted wheels, is included.
