About this product
The NTM SSH MultiPro is New Tech Machinery’s multi-profile roof panel machine for residential and light commercial roofing. One machine runs seven panel profiles by changing the roller set, so a contractor can offer mechanical seam, snap-lock and T-panel roofs without buying a machine per profile.
The seven profiles are SS100 and SS150 mechanical seam (1″ and 1.5″), SS450 and SS450SL 1.5″ snap-lock, FF100 and FF150 snap-lock with slotted flange, and T-Panel. The machine uses NTM’s EZE-Change profile roller system and comes with a pair of rib rollers in your choice of bead, pencil, striation or V-rib; clip relief is available as tooling. It takes coil from 14″ to 24″ wide for finished panels of 12″ to 20″, depending on profile. Materials run from 28 to 24 gauge painted, galvanized or aluminized steel, .027″ to .040″ painted aluminum, 16 to 20 oz copper and 26 gauge terne-coat stainless. Eight polyurethane drive rollers, driven hydraulically through chain, sprocket and gear, move panel at about 60 ft/min, and the hydraulic shear is infinitely adjustable. A PLC batch and length controller is standard. Power is the Quick-Change Power-Pack, with a 16 HP gas engine or an electric motor. The machine is 12’10” long and about 2,360 lb; on NTM’s trailer, about 4,620 lb.
NTM provides a limited three-year parts warranty with NTM in-house labor. For the roof itself, this catalog carries Snaplock Clips, the Standing Seam Fixed Clip and Standing Seam Floating Clip, and Steel Coil.

How is the SSH different from the SSQ II?
The SSH runs 7 profiles and targets residential and light commercial work; the NTM SSQ II MultiPro runs 16 profiles, including wall panels, from coil up to 30" wide.
Does it come with a computer controller?
