About this product
The StanGroup Automatic Downspout Elbow Machine makes the elbows that turn a downspout off the gutter outlet and away from the wall. Gutter contractors and shops that already run their own downspout can use it to produce matching elbows in house, in the same color and metal as the pipe, rather than buying elbows separately.
StanGroup builds it for rectangular pipe from 2″ x 3″ up to 4″ x 5″ (including 3″ x 3″, 3″ x 4″ and 4″ x 4″), and for 3″ and 4″ round, with custom sizes on request. Each machine is configured for one size and shape, so decide which downspout you sell most before ordering. It handles aluminum from .019″ to .024″, steel from 29 to 26 gauge and 16 oz copper, which covers the materials most residential downspout is made from. StanGroup quotes a standard speed of 30 ft/min, with 45 or 60 ft/min options for aluminum; ask us how that works out in elbows per hour for your size, and we will confirm the power supply and footprint at the same time.
