About this product
The WUKO Combo Bender 5000 is a hand-held bead roller that roofers and sheet metal mechanics use to roll stiffening beads, offsets and small profiles into panels and flashings on site. WUKO calls it its slightly different bead roller: rather than folding a flange like the Uber or Duo Benders, it presses a bead or step into the metal as you run it along the edge.
WUKO rates it for 0.8 mm (about .031″) in all common roofing metals. The throat depth adjusts from 0 to 65 mm (0 to 2-1/2″), so you can place a bead at a set distance from the edge, and the tool weighs just 3.2 lb. Four roller stops guide it along straight strips; two of them lift off quickly so you can follow curves. The lower shaft adjusts radially to add forming pressure, and the stainless roll sets run on long-life bearings. Roll sets are interchangeable, and WUKO makes custom rolls on request.
Typical uses are stiffening beads that help flat pans resist oil canning, offsets where one panel laps over another, and small drip details. For folding flanges, use the WUKO Uber Bender, Uber Bender Duo or Duo Bender; for closing single-lock seams, the WUKO Lock’n’Roller.
It works well with Aluminum Coil, Copper Coil and Zinc Coil.
You can get it from our New Brunswick, NJ warehouse. Call (732) 561-4275 to check stock, or add it to your quote.

Questions
Is it a flange bender?
No. WUKO designed the Combo Bender as a bead roller for beads, stiffening and offsets. For flanges, use the WUKO Uber Bender or Duo Bender.
Can it follow a curved edge?
Yes. Two of its four roller stops lift off so you can work along curves.
