For a roofing crew that bends painted steel trim in standard 10-foot lengths, the IT10-S is the Mark IV Industrial TrimMaster sized for the job. It is 10’6″ long, so a full 10-foot rake, eave, drip edge or ridge piece fits with room at each end.

Van Mark fits this length with eleven castings and dual bending handles, so the hinge lifts evenly from both ends and long bends stay straight in stiff 24 gauge steel. The cam-lock clamp adjusts itself to the thickness of the metal, so switching from aluminum to steel does not mean re-setting the brake. The POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem, and the Power Lock bar’s 150-degree radius makes it easier to close a hem flat.

Van Mark capacity for the Mark IV, based on standard coil and sheet: .050″ aluminum (3003-H14), 24 gauge Grade D painted steel, 20 gauge galvanized, 36 oz soft copper, .050″ soft zinc and 24 gauge 304L stainless. The throat is 14″, enough to bend in the middle of a 28″ sheet. The brake weighs 211 lb and comes with the Xtreme Stand, which sets up with six pins.
