Van Mark – Industrial Metal Master 10'6"

Ten-foot pieces are the everyday length for metal roofing trim, and the 10’6″ Industrial Metal Master 20 EZ (model IM1065) is sized to bend them in one pass. Van Mark builds it for contractors and shops that work in painted steel, copper and heavy aluminum, with a 20″ throat for the wide profiles roofers bend most: W-style valley pans, rake edges, eave trims, wide hip and ridge caps and soffit.

At this length Van Mark adds dual bending handles, so two people, or one person working from either end, can lift the hinge evenly over the full ten feet. Seven castings clamp the sheet through the cam-lock system, and the Power Lock bar holds the bending edge firmly along its length to limit oil canning and warping in painted panels. The POWERslot hinge auto-measures a 5/8″ hem.
