Description

Makes a completely formed fixed cleat in simple operation out of a long enough metal strip.

First step you stick one end of your strip in a slot and fold clip in one bend.

Second step – you cut the cleat of the strip, and repeat the procedure. The die makes two indents for screws or nails.

First tool of the set makes a hook part of the sliding cleats in simple operation out of a long enough metal strip.
First step you stick one end of your strip in a slot and fold clip hook in one bend.
Second step – you cut the cleat hook of the strip, and repeat the procedure.

Second tool of the set is a manual die that makes three holes in the bottom part of the sliding cleat fixture for screws or nails, one long sliding slot for the cleat hook, and cuts the previously done piece in one step.

Third tool bends the bottom part of the sliding cleat at 90 degrees.

After you’ve made these two pieces in three easy steps – you put the hook into the slot in the bottom part and the sliding cleat is ready for installation.
