Industrial metal tile forming machine

Description

Metal Roof Tile Profile produced of PPGI (prepainted galvanised iron), with special set of equipment. PPGI supplies in coils (avarage weight 5-7mt) therefore to start manufacturing process you’ll need hold and uncoil it with decoiler (coil reel). Some coils have not perfect round shape and in uncoiling process it may feed with hitch and it could affect on tolerance of punching anc cutting process. To neytralise this affect we use motorised decoilers for our machines. Uncoiled metal goes to roll froming section thru the feeding device. The roll forming section forms wayve corrugated metal sheet. At the end of the rollforming section goes hydraulik punching press that makes tiles shape. After the punching press goes hydraulik cutting. We can offer classical streight or modern 3D cutting blades. At the very end of the line goes run out table to stack complete roof tile sheets. PLC system automatically controls all the operation process. Assembled machine size 18 x 1,7 x 1,5m. Price varies with profile type, production speed, and machine parts.
