The perforator has four sets of perforation dies and a profiled center dies to hold the material to ensure a nice straight perforation. Pealing device at the exit insures that material will not get stuck and no ripping occurs. All forming dies made of hardened tool blade steel which will provide you with years of trouble free service. Male rollers are disassemblable, so you can run just one, two, three or four rows of slots. Useful when you are working with a narrow strip for thermal profiles. Designed to be used on Grade 50 and 80, 26 and 29GA full width, and up to 22 gauge with single roller set engaged. Power options 210-240v single or three faze. Speed is adjustable.

Description
Industrial Sheet metal perforation machine made to perforate AG panels, soffit, siding, C channel profile, flat stock, etc. to ventilate of for other construction purpose.
Goes with set of four sets of perforating dies. Dies could be added or replaced by slitting rollers to use machine as gang metal slitter.
Shaft diameter 3.35″, both top and bottom shafts have bearing support for heavy gauge metal and perforation stability.
Capacity 22-29 gauge steel (range limited with quantity of perforation rollers in use at a time).
Works with GI, PPGI, aluminum, copper, stainless steel. Operational speed adjustable up to 70 f/m. Equipped with AC Motor 3Hp 210v with VFD for flexible speed adjustment and operation with the single phase 230v power source.
